RELEVANT PROGRAM OF WORK

As Change Manager for MyProcure (SAP Ariba) implementation into the Department of Planning & Environment, Andrew was responsible for the development and implementation of change management strategy and plan for the implementation of a new procurement system coupled with changes to current procurement practice.  This was a significant transformation program for the department and included:

  • Overseeing all internal and external communications, ensuring program message is consistent and engaging
  • Develop and implement Change and Communications strategy for the cluster incorporating the wider audience of OEH and DPE
  • Manage and coordinate all training and change strategy activities
  • Plan and deliver communications activities
  • Implement and coordinate web presence for MyProcure project
  • Plan and implement a support strategy
