CAREER SUMMARY

Brooke has recently completed work as a Lead Business Analyst for Service Australia. She is Baseline Security cleared and is experienced working as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst for the Federal Government since 2009. Working previously in standalone or Client-Server applications, in a mainframe or online environment, and most recently participating in the Working Age Payment Reforms, delivering the new JobSeeker Payment for Centrelink.

Brooke recent work included working in the JobSeeker Programme Team and Working Age Payment Reform Coordination Team, contributing to various works for the Working Age Payment Reform Project which is being delivered using Agile principles.  She was involved with Analyzing and building the JobSeeker Correspondence Repository by providing current system data analysis and gap analysis.

• Create, maintain, and review Business Requirement specifications, Business Process Models, System Requirement specifications, and Change requests.
• Create and maintain traceability matrix for user/system requirements and documents such as Feedback Log and Change Log (including PM LOGBOOK facility in SharePoint).
• Participate in and support Agile phases such as EPICs, Program Increments, Sprints, and Scrums.
