RELEVANT PROGRAM OF WORK
As Senior Business Analyst for Land & Housing Corporation (LAHC) Graeme works across multiple major projects for the Property Information, Finance & Assets divisions of LAHC for the review and implementing of system & business process improvements, reviewing system interfaces and identifying manual process bottlenecks. Graeme is the conduit between the Construction & Development division of LAHC and other business areas (Finance, Property Information & Assets) and chairs a working group to identify and resolve operational issues for the $multi-billion program of work called Communities Plus.
He is involved in the Future Directions project that aims to transition the management and maintenance responsibilities of 14,000 public housing properties to 9 Community Housing Providers in a phased approach over 18 months providing business requirements and functional bundles for the LAHC group.

Starting out initially in Operations and Technical Support roles including Service Desk, Network Administration, Application Support and Database Administration, he has extensive experience in Projects as Business Analyst.
