Job Responsibilities Budget Management and Forecasting:
Prepare regional financial budgets based on business targets and actual performance. Break down budget targets and manage the full-cycle process to ensure alignment with operational goals. Conduct rolling forecasts for revenue, gross margin, and other key indicators, providing timely risk insights to business teams. Business Analysis:
Perform in-depth operational analysis to uncover root causes behind data trends and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement. Operational Decision Support:
Engage in daily business operations, including cost-benefit analysis, promotion plan reviews, profit-loss calculations, and gross margin assessments. Facilitate cross-functional alignment on financial and tax-related matters.
About You: - Over 5 years of work experience, preferably in overseas finance roles. Proven experience in operational analysis, with the ability to derive insights and propose business improvements. Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting, including independently preparing budgets and managing rolling forecasts. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a problem-solving and results-oriented mindset. Alignment with company values, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and principle-driven work ethics. Speak Bilingual Mandarin & English.
