Rate:                   $900 day plus super

Description:
 
Job Profile Summary: Provides leadership and oversight for the Delivery Management group. Ensures successful execution of client-facing company projects and services, meeting client expectations and business objectives. Oversees project planning, resource allocation and service delivery. Manages risks and resolves issues, engaging cross-functionally and with clients to ensure effective communication and alignment. Provides financial oversight and budget management, controlling costs and maximizing project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manages the efforts of assigned Delivery Management associates / team members.
• Ensures team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of delivery management,
including:  
o Developing and updating / adapting delivery related project plans, timelines and schedules,  
o Coordinating day-to-day project tasks,  
o Monitoring project progress and updating status reports,  
o Participating in client meetings, helping manage expectations and helping address emerging questions / issues,  
o Working with internal product, technical and other teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate fashion,  
o Providing accurate client status reports,  
o Representing clients to internal teams and service organizations.
