Our Govt client is seeking to engage the services of an experienced Business Analyst to support various projects and programs, to provide guidance for the design of new services and improvements with a focus on end-users.
The Business Analyst will work in a multidisciplinary team environment analysing the business by balancing user and business perspectives and needs for the Program. 
Some responsibilities include:

• Leading the business analysis activities in a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team in pre-discovery, discovery and design and delivery
• Plan and document user interviews, understand and document both high level and detailed business problems, and analyse root causes
• Design and facilitate workshops and interviews that include a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
• Managing stakeholder groups to develop a partnership with the business and foster a productive working environment
• Transform defined business needs into outcomes and problem statements for large scale Government applications and complex systems.

Must have baseline clearance at a minimum.
